Newborn Studio Photographer in Tampa | Clara

Photographing sweet little newborns has to be the absolute best part of my job!  If you can even call it work…  I’m guessing sweet little Clara couldn’t wait to see me either. This little one surprised her parents by coming a little early before her due date.

I first met Alicia during her maternity session. She was so beautiful and glowing as she anticipated the birth of their first child.   

About This Neutral Newborn Studio Session

We styled this session in neutral cream and white along with soft pinks and pale purples, matching her sweet little nursery at her home. I prefer to use a few, well-chosen props and natural light to allow for the special details of the baby to be expressed perfectly without too much distraction.   It is so important for me to capture all of the precious new baby details like those pink little lips and sweet little smile and perfect tiny baby toes – any mom can tell attest to the fact these small features features so quickly as the baby grows.

Clara Mae is the perfect little girl and slept so soundly – I wonder what she was dreaming about with such an endearing smile on her face.  Perhaps thoughts of cuddling with mommy and daddy or her fur-siblings Duke, Hansel, and Gretel.

I am excited to deliver the wall art, prints, and albums featuring baby Clara’s first days.  It’s so sweet to know Alicia’s family will treasure these as they were traveling and weren’t able to meet Clara when she first arrived. I can’t wait to see this sweet little princess again for future sessions!
