Ella Rose was such a sweet little client to have in the studio! This precious baby girl had me swooning over her cuteness the entire day, and I am in love with the way this session turned out! This was not the first time meeting the Von family. They visited with me a few months ago for Leanna’s maternity session. As soon as I met this family, I knew that documenting their sweet moments would be a breeze, as they are so laid back and fun to work with! Not only are they a super photogenic family, but they are just a pleasure to be around.

Leanna was so nervous for the session, because she didn’t know how her 2 year old, Owen, would behave. As a mama, I totally understand the fear! However, I know that kids will be kids, so I try to let the kids run-the-show, per say. We tend to do things that make the kiddos happy while they are doing a session, and it always works just fine! Mama worried for nothing, because Owen was so good and very cooperative the entire time. These parents are so blessed to have such sweet children!

Before little Ella was born, her parents struggled to have a second child. The trials they went through during this time wore them down, and had them feeling like maybe a second child wasn’t possible. To their surprise, they were pregnant and had a healthy baby girl on the way! They both feel so lucky to have Ella in their lives. Even Owen is so thrilled to be a big brother. He swarms his little sis with hugs and kisses. He also sings “You are My Sunshine” to her, changing the lyrics up to personalize the song with her name. This is the most precious gesture a big brother can give his sister! How sweet! I had a blast with the Von family, and I can’t wait to see Ella and Owen all grown up in the future!

There’s not much in this world more precious than the giggle of a brother as he plays with the toes of his new baby sister. Capturing these moments as the Von’s Tampa Natural Light Studio Photographer was nothing short of an absolute honor!
