This little nugget couldn’t wait to meet his family! To their delight, he was so excited to start his adventure as the newest member of the Scully family that he arrived a week early. As soon as I started talking with his mama about this newborn session, I couldn’t wait to steal a few snuggles with baby Brayden.

This was the second time that I was lucky enough to celebrate with Kristin and Ryan on the arrival of a little boy. Their firstborn, Landon, was just as cute and his baby brother, Brayden. Seeing the way these two interact with each other was an absolute joy! Sibling photography has always been one of my favorites to capture, but I think it was the arrival of my second little one that really instilled the love for these sessions in my heart. When my son looks down on his baby sister, it absolutely melts my heart. I’m sure there will be fights, tears, and stolen toys… But I also know there will be a bond there that will be nearly unbreakable. The opportunity to capture the first days of that bond being formed between Landon and Braydon is such an incredible honor.

We kept the session neutral and clean so that the collection will fit perfect in Brayden’s navy and grey nursery. Photographing each little roll, each perfect toe, his sweet pouty lips immediately reminded me of Landon’s newborn session. They are so alike in every way, most of all by the love their parents share for them. I have no doubt in my mind that these two will grow up in a house full of love, football, and laughter.
