When this beautiful mama came to me just a few short weeks ago for her maternity session, she was absolutely glowing and so very ready to meet her handsome little boy. Her maternity shoot was filled with eager anticipation and wonder as her due date was quickly approaching. I remember feeling so excited for this sweet family, and I couldn’t wait to meet their little one after his grand debut into the world.

I can’t believe the time has already come! Baby Graham is even more adorable than I could’ve imagined. I know they probably aren’t getting much sleep, but Graham’s sweet mother looked as beautiful as ever. His dad looked like the proudest man on earth. Graham’s big brother seemed so excited about the arrival of his new companion. He may not be very old, but he sure seemed to understand that he is now a protective big brother. He loved getting in on the photos, and I caught some adorable candid shots of him doting on his baby brother. He was just so sweet, gentle, and loving. But I’m sure they’ll be wrestling across the floor together in no time. Get ready, Mom and Dad!

I love that this family wanted a collection of lifestyle portraits (my specialty), and I enjoyed capturing the sweet moments between them as they relaxed and relished in this blissful newborn stage together. I wanted them to feel as comfortable as possible by getting into natural poses. I know that full babies make the happiest babies, so we took a little time for that, too. Baby Graham was as content as ever and mostly snoozed his way through the session. We did get a few closeups of his bright eyes and super cute newborn faces.
