Elise and Stephen are expecting their second child – surprise gender! – at the end of July. They are already wonderful parents to their beautiful daughter, Amelia, who is super excited to have a younger sibling. Elise chose to do a sweet 2-in-1 maternity and mommy and me session with little Amelia. They just looked so beautiful together in their coordinating white dresses, and I think it was a great way for Elise to make her little girl feel included during this transitional stage for their family. Tampa maternity photography is definitely a job title that defines why I love what I do. Seeing parents at this stage in life is so beautiful!

About the Session

Amelia loved her session with Mom, and she was so happy for some snuggling time on the couch. She rubbed her mama’s belly and read stories – it’s almost as if they’re already forming their sibling bond even before baby number two gets here! Boy or girl, I just know that Amelia is going to love having a playmate to run around with. 

We did a few single shots of Elise, too. She is such a radiant expecting mother, and her long flowing dress accentuated her growing bump perfectly. If she’s feeling any discomfort this far along in her pregnancy, you would never know it. Her calm spirit and bright smile lit up my studio. She is such loving mother, and I know she’ll enjoy every minute with her two little ones. I love that she took time to do this session with her second, and these memories will be cherished forever. I am so excited for this soon-to-be family of four, and I hope to meet their little cutie when he or she arrives!
