  • Booked More Baby’s First Year Collectives: Ambre’s focus shifted from offering single-session newborn shoots to more comprehensive Baby’s First Year Collectives. It’s now rare for her to only book a newborn session, and she’s seeing increased client loyalty as a result.

The growth in Ambre’s business has allowed her to achieve personal milestones she once thought were out of reach. By implementing the LTL framework, she’s found the balance between running a successful business and spending time with her family:

  • Took 3 Months Maternity Leave: In 2023, Ambre was able to take three months off to fully focus on her son, a luxury she couldn’t have imagined before joining LTL.
  • Took 4 Weeks Off in January for a Family Vacation: In early 2024, Ambre took four weeks off to spend quality time with her family in Hawaii.
  • Took the Entire Summer Off in 2024: Ambre prioritized family time by taking the entire summer off to be home with her kids, something she never would have considered as a “shoot and burn” photographer.

As Ambre shares, none of this would have been possible if she had continued to operate as a “shoot and burn” photographer. As she explains, “None of this would have been attainable if I had been a shoot-and-burn photographer. I genuinely care and love all my clients, so it’s not just doing what I love but serving those I love to work with.”
