Wow! What a stunning mama-to-be! Alyssa and Jesse are expecting their first child at the end of June 2019. They agreed to let the gender be a surprise, so they are deciding between the name Jack or Jolie. It was so much fun to document that eager anticipation on their faces.

As a studio maternity photographer, I’m able to hear about the love and excitement parents have for their little ones to arrive. What a fun story that will be once this much-hoped-for little one grows up.

Pregnancy, especially for first-time moms, can be interesting to say the least. As exciting and wonderful as it is, it still feels strange to watch your belly grow and feel those aches and pains that come from growing a life inside of you.

With all of those ups and downs, I want every expecting mother to feel radiant and see just how beautiful she is during pregnancy. I want her to remember this season of life fondly and to be wowed by her own stunning beauty.

For this session, Alyssa and Jesse wanted a few bright and classic photos to frame as well as few more glamorous shots in sheer lace. She looked absolutely amazing! Jesse was a loving and attentive husband, making sure that Alyssa was comfortable and taken care of throughout the shoot. There’s no doubt that these two will be the most wonderful parents when their little one arrives! 

It’s such a joy as a maternity photographer to document this incredible time for families. My heart melts every time I see that deep adoration that new parents have for their growing baby, even before they enter the world. I can attest that a parent’s love begins long before birth. 

I can’t wait to see their sweet bundle of joy when he or she makes her grand debut! Congratulations, Alyssa and Jesse – you will be a beautiful family of three!
