Tampa Natural Light Family Photographer | The L Family

Meet Tori, Rob and Taj.  This beautiful family contacted me to do their very first professional photography session as their Tampa Natural Light Family Photographer.  It’s not very often that I get to do someone’s first session, so I was honored and did not take the opportunity with a grain of salt.

About the Leiba Family

Taj is a very active (almost) three-year-old.  He is spunky, fun, and very busy. His imagination is the size of earth which made the session high energy in all the best ways.  Because Tori knew that much of the session would be somewhat of a chase (did I mention I am always up for a challenge?), we decided to take it outdoors near one of my favorite locations with mossy trees.  And since I usually take portraits of my moms and dads, I knew those would be super special to Tori and Rob since they were celebrating their 6th wedding anniversary!

About the Process

I love to take the opportunity to just touch on my process for each session.  When you contact me to do your session, I want you to fall in love with the memories that we create together.  With that in mind, I help you from the first day you decide to book all the way to displaying your portraits in your home.  I offer wardrobe that I choose specifically because I know they photograph beautifully. We also choose a location based on each person’s specific needs, and if my clients want hair and makeup done, that’s right! I can set that up for you.  Each client then shows up to a relaxing day and I document who they are as a unit. And lastly, I help design the way you want to display your portraits.

The Leiba family wanted me to design a gallery wall with photo blocks. I’ll be sure to update you all after this project is complete!  I cannot wait to see what it looks like when it is all done.
