Baby Amelia Vann joined the Szafranski family on Valentine’s Day at 10:38 am at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital. I love when names hold special meaning to the family members; names such as Vann. Her middle name is a family name passed down from Amelia’s maternal grandmother’s maiden name. Dad, Stephen and mom, Elise, could not have been more thrilled to welcome their 8 lb 7 oz sweet pea two days earlier than her anticipated arrival. Amelia just could not wait to make her arrival and meet her loving family; especially her puppy brother Doak, who enjoys hanging out and checking on his little human. I’m sure she was also excited about her lovely nursery as well. What little girl would not be excited about a Parisian Ballet theme? It will not be long before she is donning a tu-tu and slippers for her debut on stage.
This little princess is such a sweetheart. Right now her favorite things are feeding times with mom, sweet snuggle sessions and getting it for some fresh air during walks around the neighborhood. Amelia has lots of love and support from grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts and especially mom and dad. She even had her first face time session with one of her aunts at the hospital!
Amelia brings so much joy to all those around her. And in return they are more than happy to shower her with love!
