Tampa Sunset Maternity Photographer | Vanessa & Romano’s Cypress Beach Park Session

Oh these two love birds. How I adored working with them! Not only did I get to capture their precious maternity session, I get to see them again in a few short weeks and will soon meet their little man Mason. Eeek!! Can’t wait!

We decided to utilize the gorgeous Tampa sunset and idyllic backdrop that Cypress Beach Park (near the Tampa International Airport and International Mall) offers for this evening maternity session. Vanessa was such a trooper throughout the whole session. As a mother, I know how uncomfortable it can be during those last few weeks. You literally are carrying around another person with you at all times. Pair that with a Florida summer (not to mention the bugs) and you’re in for some toasty, humid days. But she was an absolute champ the entire time- looking effortlessly gorgeous the entire session. What more could I ask for as her photographer.

These two were such a blast to work with. Such love and strength bonds them and their excitement for their little man. We decided to stick with muted tones of blue throughout this session. It paired perfectly with the stunning beach side backdrop, don’t you think? I was thrilled with how stunning Vanessa looked with her floral headband and snug cornflower blue gown. It hugged her adorable baby bump in all the perfect places. Capturing the gorgeous curves and changes that occur to an expectant mother’s body is one of the best parts of my job as a maternity photographer! Gosh, I adore what I do <3 But who wouldn’t with clients as stunning as this!?
