(just north of down Tampa. 8 blocks east of Armature Works, 4 blocks east The Hall on Franklin) super convienet as its right of of 275 near the I4 junction.

Lighting

Natural light all white studio facing north. Gets amazing light morning to late afternoon. You’re welcome to bring black out curtains for your own studio lighting set up.

Rates

Studio + IPS  / Client Meeting Room

Full Day $300 (up to 8 hours) – Weekends only

The White Studio offers very limited dates for rentals. Early reservation is strongly suggested to ensure availability.

Access to studio and IPS space. Unless booking IPS/Client meeting space only

3 savage roll papers

White and soft grey walls for shooting on

Simple furniture you can move for your shooting needs (futon, coffee table, bench)

24 hour video surveillance

Changing table and access to toddler toys

Client IPS /Client meeting room

Sofa and chairs with a coffee table designed to display art, samples, frame corners, album swatches etc…

WiFi + TV with Apple TV & Netflix

Large bathroom with full length mirror

Kitchenette with sink, full fridge, coffee maker, bottle warmer, plates, glassware & serving pieces.

Water and coffee is included complimentary

Welcome board to customize for your client at front and back entrance

 

Available for rental as an add on:

Folding makeup & hair chair

Headboard & bed set up (bedding not included)

All white bedding

Chair options for photography

 

The IPS / Client Meeting Room

This area will be available to rent at a reduced rate for not just photographers but also wedding planners, creative and makeup artists to meet with clients in a professional setting that is quite & professional. You have full access to the kitcheette to roll the red carpet out while presenting to your client. You’re welcome to hang art on the ship lap wall and use our easels to display work and customize the space. Everything is cream white or grey and very neutral to adapt to your brand.

The Fine Print…

Contract agreement & Proof of insurance required. 

No newborn newborn photography of any kind permitted.

Cancelation Policy: 48 hours cancelation notice required for full refund.

Must place a credit card on file for damages

No cake smash photography (sorry too many issues with pests) & no pornography of ANY KIND.

How to Book

To reserve a date please send a formal contact via our website contact form (brittanyelise.com/contact) and include requested day and time, dates will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Should you wish for a Full Day we STRONGLY advise booking well in advance especially for weekend dates.

All reservations, payments and contracts are completed online.
