Baby Development Month By Month: A Collective With The Jones Family

Capturing baby development month by month is so important. Your baby changes so much their first year of life, it’s crazy. At Brittany Elise Photography we always consider how the baby has changed. A baby has baby milestones which we like to capture as they come in for their collective sessions. For example, as a newborn they are sleepy and we capture how their lips, feet and ears look like. By the time they are at 6 months they have learned to smile and have started crawling. We capture events like tummy time, sitting up, and standing by their year 1 photoshoot.

The Jones family joined us in studio and for a beach session to celebrate their baby girl, Mallory’s baby development month by month.

Newborn

Mallory Jones joined the world in August of 2019. Her dad, Geoffrey, named her. He also picked her middle name, Joyce, after his mother. This baby girl was born with lots of curly hair, which we love. She was very sleepy for her newborn session which made for great baby led posing pictures and for snuggles with mom and dad.

6 Months

Look how much she has grown! This cutie was all smiles and giggles during this 6 month session. Baby Mallory has gone through so many baby milestones like tummy time, sitting up, and crawling.

Mom, Danielle, wore white dresses throughout this collective. They really brought out the color of her skin and let us focus on her natural beauty. Danielle received styling, hair, and makeup for every session of the collective. Brittany Elise Photography always wants to give a stress free photo shoot for mom and baby.

1 Year

Baby Mallory is 1 Year! She grew so much from her 6 month session with us. We took this session to the beach as well as the studio. Mallory had multiple outfits and accessories! We love the romper that she wore at the beach. We also got another baby milestone, capturing her standing and trying to walk. Can’t forget about the cake smash! scroll down to see the pictures.
