First-Time Parents Welcome Baby Boy | Tampa Newborn Photography

So here’s the thing- no parent wants unsolicited advice. I get it. Everyone has an opinion on how to sleep, how to feed your baby, and what it means to “soak it all up.” But truly, what I wish I knew was how the reality of how quickly my baby would grow. As first-time parents, you just don’t know how it will affect you. There’s no amount of advice or pages in a book you can read.

That tiny baby freshness. It only lasts a few weeks. In a matter of days your baby changes. I say this not as a mom, but as a former NICU nurse who literally weighed and measured babies every single shift and saw them grow overnight!

Tampa Newborn Photography

It’s one of the reasons why I am so passionate about being able to offer Tampa newborn photography and documenting your baby’s first year. You cannot get this time back and one day, when your memory fades, you’ll want photos. And one day when your grown child asks for baby photos you’ll want to be able to show them.

As much as I want this for you and for your baby, I know it’s hard. Oftentimes when someone tells me why they didn’t get newborn photos it’s not that they didn’t want them. Instead, they don’t feel like they will be ready just weeks after giving birth.

I get it. I know it’s rough growing a human and giving birth. Not to mention deciding what to wear and getting your family ready. It can be stressful, but Momma, it doesn’t have to be.

When you reserve your newborn session with Brittany Elise Photography, you are not only going to receive beautiful newborn portraits but an experience that makes the entire process easy for you. From start to finish, my team and I are with you. This includes planning for and scheduling your session, providing wardrobe for your entire family, professional hair and makeup for Mom, and finally the design and installation of your most treasured memories in your home.

Bu Family Newborn Session

I’m so honored to have been able to celebrate with the Bu family as they welcomed their first baby boy. He was so sweet and slept through his entire newborn session. Mom looked absolutely stunning and chose to wear two different dresses. If you missed her maternity session in the studio, you can see that here.
