Pressing the proverbial stop button on the stop-watch of time is an absolute gift as a Tampa Family Photographer. When it comes to families, nothing ever stays the same for long. Babies grow, relationships change, even the love we have for each other, while always profound, changes with time. I think back to being a child and remembering how in awe of my parents I always was. So collected and always prepared. Never in my wildest dreams would I think that they were figuring it out each day at a time. My wonder-like awe has now shifted to a deep-rooted respect for the sacrifices they made and the patient love they shared with me over the years.

The Shea Family

I was thrilled at the opportunity to work with the Shea family again. I’ve been lucky enough to capture their family, maternity, newborn, six-month and now one-year session. Seeing them and their little ones grow over these past months has been such a beautiful whirlwind of change and emotion.

They decided to stick with a neutral approach, one I always love. Keep with muted tones allows for the family to be the par that shines, rather than loud colors and bold prints. Dad and big brother looked so handsome in their canvas and cream long sleeves, paired with tried-and-true classic jeans. Mom and sister donned adorable dresses in blush and white, looking like the true angels they are.

Speaking of baby sis…Happy birthday, sweet girl!! It has been such a blast watching this happy little bundle of joy grow from baby-bump to the fit of giggles she is today.
