I am in love with this session! These folks were truly special, such happy people that have such an optimistic view on life. I love how much they love each other, and how proud they are to be a family! You could say that they are travelers. These four have moved from Arizona to Tampa to Orlando in the past year. It must’ve been a wild journey with two kiddos, but I’m sure they made some amazing memories along the way!

Welcoming Back the Sheriff Family

This was not the first time I worked with this awesome fam! I took photos of their newborn’s first few days, and needless to say, it was a great day then as it was this time around! After I did their newborn portraits, mom contacted me disappointed to not find a photographer in Orlando with a similar style as my work. So they drove all the way from Orlando to Tampa for not only a family session but also that afternoon we did a cake smash session too! It was such a pleasure seeing them again. Their kiddos, Kyrie and Landon are so precious! These two boys did so well for having been cooped up in the car then in a studio only to go to a photo session – so cooperative and well behaved! I loved their sweet little smiles. Nothing cuter than that! We were celebrating their birthdays, which was definitely worth documenting!

My favorite part about working with this family was how they embraced their personalities. Being themselves allowed the natural moments to just unfold – documenting them AUTHENTICALLY in the soft golden light of Tampa at cypress point park. I love candid photography, and it worked so well with them! They are truly beautiful the way they are, especially interacting and playing with each other! Their happiness is infectious, and it totally showed in the photos! All in all, we had a wonderful time, and I hope to work alongside them again!
