Oh, how my heart beats for this sweet family and their new baby boy! Benjamin was such a cutie in the studio and I enjoyed every second I spent with him and his parents, Stevie and Chris. This beautiful family was not only a dream to photograph…but their endless love and care that the exhibit was truly something special. I love getting to work with such amazing people such as these. It’s sessions like these that make me count my blessings.

“Even the smallest one can change the world.”

Stevie and Chris have adorned Ben’s nursery in a Peter Rabbit theme. So we decided to emphasize this into the session. Peter Rabbit is such a sweet classic, and I remember sitting with my family reading this amazing story that left me feeling warm and fuzzy on the inside. Above Benjamin’s crib is a quote from the book. “Even the smallest one can change the world.” This is a powerful quote that speaks to so many truths!

Although Ben was just a few days old at the time of the session, both his parents and I know he will live his life making so many important decisions that will make an impact in one way or the other. His parents have such high hopes for him, and I know with their love and support, he will definitely make a difference one day! He was a doll during the session. So calm and cooperative. This in-home session was a walk in the park, as the family was so relaxed and care-free. His nursery was filled with beautiful bright and colorful books. Including one that was read to Benjamin’s grandmother when she was just a little girl! How special! There was also a rocking chair in his nursery that belonged to Chris’ Grammy. This is such a lovely way to incorporate a personal touch into the session.

A Bunny to Brighten My Day

My day with Stevie, Chris, and Benjamin was absolutely wonderful. They bought me a little rabbit for my little girl who was on the way at the time of this session. I am so blessed to have such wonderful clients in my life. It reminds me that I have such a huge support system that I can count on to brighten up any day. Congratulations to this family on their new little guy. What a sweet blessing he is in their lives!
