I have a beautiful friend who just gave birth to her second gorgeous baby boy- and I’ve got to tell you, I’m hooked on the brother duo combination!! Coming from a family with only one sister, I’ve always dreamed of having a little brother. I even blew out the candles every birthday and wished for a baby brother! Sadly, I never got one but having a big sister to look up to was just as good! Little Henry will have the same and I am certain these two are going to have so much fun together! Big brother was so excited to sit in daddy’s lap for a story about Brothers, with baby Henry swaddled in mommy’s arms he pointed to the baby in all the pictures.
Can we stop and take a second to appreciate this insanely adorable nursery!? Mom, dad, and big brother all dressed in navy blue with little brother swaddled in a cream muslin blanket. This color scheme matched perfectly with the pops of yellow and primary colors in Henry’s nursery. Mommy chose the color palette from the vintage fabric in crib skirt. But what I love more than anything is how colorful their entire home was. Truly a place for a child to be inspired by their environment. 🙂 Henry was a dream to pose!

It made my heart skip a beat to see the way Henry’s big brother snuggled up with his new best friend. I loved being able to capture such a special moment in their lives. Inevitably, there will be tiffs and tussles, as any good brotherhood has. But it was such an honor to proivde this beautiful these snapshots in time of such fun fleeting period of stolen eskimo kisses, silly giggles and endless imagination. Baby Henry has made this sweet family of 4 complete and I’m so thankful they allowed me to be apart of the truly special moment.
