Tampa Newborn Maternity Family Photographer | Twins Natural Light First Birthday Session

I’ve always had a fascination with twins. I think it’s so interesting how to people who are so much alike can be so incredibly different. The Garrett family is celebrating their twin boys first birthday, and I couldn’t be more honored to have captured these beautiful memories.

Celebrating their Individuality

Each of these for where dressed to the nine‘s, sticking with neutral and muted tones; a perfect fit for our natural environment. We capture the session in a gorgeous open field, filled to the brim with swaying grass and plenty of golden sunlight. While it took them a little bit to get comfortable with me, soon enough, we were all giggles. I had so much fun celebrating each individual personality of all four family members. Like a beautiful orchestra, they all fit together so well!

These little guys absolutely loved playing peekaboo and being tossed in the air. Seeing the way their faces light up as they snuggle with mom and dad made my heart absolutely melt. Each one of the boys had such a unique personality. Capturing them individually and letting their own special characteristics shine is such an important part about twin photography. So often they are grouped together, rather than as individuals. It’s important to me that, while they are a pair, each has their own special gifts and qualities to be documented.
