Tampa Newborn Natural Light Photographer | Baby Nicholas

I was so excited to help the Maniscalo family welcome their sweet new addition, Nicholas.  I have been working with this family for years, since mom was expecting big sister almost two years ago.  Over the summer we had Brandi’s maternity session which you can view here.  This family is so effortlessly gorgeous and easy to photograph.

Spending the Afternoon with Nicholas

We chose to do a studio session with whites, pale blues, and soft grays.  The nursery is nautical theme so these will look so handsome in his room.  Nicholas was wonderful to work with and gave me the cutest little smile as he was sleeping – I think it might be my favorite photo of him from this session.  I am always careful to capture the little detail shots of newborns because they are so perfect, and the little features of their tiny noses, lips, and ears seem to fade so quickly.  

Big sister Julianna is in love with her baby brother so far, and loves to make sure he is well taken care of bringing him toys and blankies and asking for him first thing.  Even big brother, Hans, (the family’s German Shepherd) is attentive to this sweet little baby giving him soft kisses on his head.  

I just really love everything about this family – mom is so sweet and laid back.  She has such a fun, relaxed energy about her and it transfers to everyone around her.  They shared Nicholas has been taking after his mom for sure with a pleasant personality being a great sleeper and very easy going!
