Oh my goodness, this family is just the sweetest! I loved every minute of these newborn and family portraits. Bonnie and Drew already have two wonderful kiddos, but they were still hoping for one more bundle of joy to fully complete the puzzle. I had an amazing time being this family’s Tampa, Florida Newborn Photographer!

Meet Henry

Sure enough, Henry Whitaker was born on May 24^th to the Appler family. He has two older siblings, Caroline (6) and James (4). Bonnie says that “this is [their] last baby – he completes our family and I’m soooo grateful and trying to savor every last moment.” After photographing their handsome little guy, I can sure see why! His little wrinkles, sleepy smiles, and round noggin tugged hard at my heartstrings. It sure was a struggle to stand there taking pictures of all of Henry’s adorable features instead of snuggling him close. No wonder there’s always some competition between the family members to hold him. This is one very loved baby brother.

Big Personalities

It was so much fun to see Caroline and James’ personalities come out in this session. Caroline is such a wonderful, attentive big sister. Even at just six years old, she has such a heart for taking care of others. She is calm, patient, and so kind, always there with a snuggle and big smile. James is being promoted from baby brother to big brother – quite the change! – but he is doing great. He knows just how to make everyone laugh, and it’s easy to see that he already loves his baby brother so much. I think those two are going to give Caroline a run for her money!

Bonnie looked so lovely in her white lace dress, and it was amazing to watch how attentive and loving Drew is with his crew. They were all such a joy to have in the studio. Congratulations to this fantastic family of five!
